Milly joined MHM in July 2025 as a Senior Researcher, having previously spent 5 years developing her skills through insight roles across FMCG and pharmaceutical sectors. During this time, she gained experience in a range of quant and qual methodologies to get to the heart of audience’s wants and needs, from large scale quant trackers to in-depth interviews. She is confident with a range of quantitative statistical analysis methods, such as segmentations, MaxDiff, CHAID and TURF analysis. She is excited to bring her learnings from this experience to help build stronger connections between cultural organisations and their audiences.

In her spare time, you will find her visiting museums, galleries, and heritage sites, going for walks, going to gigs, editing film footage or creating embroidery.
