Research Executive

As a Research Executive, Abbie is responsible for a variety of research tasks, such as designing, analysing, reporting and presenting on qualitative and quantitative data, to deliver actionable and meaningful insight to clients. She has managed projects for clients such as SFMOMA, National Gallery of Art, DC and National Trust, and her favourite projects are those in which quantitative and qualitative research methods are used in combination to draw out what really makes people tick.

Before joining MHM, Abbie completed an MLitt in Modern and Contemporary Literature and Culture at the University of St Andrews, where she studied post-war literature through a sociocultural lens. Alongside this, she worked as the national fundraising lead and grant writer for a small educational charity in the UK. Both experiences further fuelled her passion for using creative and purposeful research to explore how the arts and education can become accessible for all, and she enjoys working on research projects and volunteering with charities which have this vision at their core.

Outside of MHM, Abbie enjoys exploring the UK’s outdoor beauty, reading a good book and visiting the most obscure museums she can find.
