In her role as Research Executive, Jagger undertakes a variety of research tasks, such as designing and administering qualitative and quantitative methods, carrying out analysis and writing reports. She has worked on exhibition evaluations and market analyses for clients such including the British Museum and the London Wetland Centre and has managed projects for clients such as Statens Historiska Museer and the National Trust. Since joining MHM in 2020, Jagger has developed her qualitative research skills through assisting with the design and delivery of digital stakeholder workshops.

She developed her interest in arts, culture and heritage while studying Spanish and Russian at the University of Nottingham, where she co-wrote and directed a Russian play about 1990s rock music and society in Saint Petersburg. In her spare time, Jagger enjoys drawing, cycling in the great outdoors and planning trips to obscure Eastern European destinations.
