As Field Manager, Paddy is responsible for overseeing all of our field operations. This includes both quantitative research (including all of our visitor 360 projects) and recruiting for our qualitative research. Further to this, Paddy is also responsible for ensuring that all data that passes through the Field department is in line with both MRS (Market Research Society) and MHM’s high standards whilst also upholding the data protection laws of the various countries that MHM operates in.
Paddy was originally with MHM in a different role between 2012-2019. He returned again at the end of 2021 having gained experience in Marketing and Customer Experience in both the transport and E-commerce sectors. This means that Paddy brings both vast experience of the business as well as expertise in other relevant fields to give a unique perspective on all projects that he is involved in.
With previous experience in the field as both an in-venue and a telephone researcher, Paddy has a clear vision of our research with both the eye of an interviewer and an analyst.
Outside of the office, Paddy is an avid sports fan with a particularly keen interest in Liverpool Football Club. In his spare time he enjoys walking both in Manchester’s green spaces and further afield in the neighbouring Peak District. A nice pint and some good food usually come at the end of a walk to put back on any calories that were burned off prior!
