Helen Rackstraw



Helen joined MHM in April 2024 as a consultant and is a member of the UK/EU Culture team.

Working closely with organisations she ensures that they are truly getting the most from the data, providing actionable insights to help transform their offerings. She is responsible for overseeing projects from beginning to end and ensuring clients receive the highest quality outputs.

She is curious about what makes people tick, and started her research career right out of university, having completed a degree in psychology. She has since built her expertise working in boutique research agencies, delivering a wide range of projects for clients across numerous sectors including utilities, agriculture, media, and automotive. Here she honed her skills in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies.

Helen brings these experiences, along with her love of the arts and history to her role as a consultant.

When not at work Helen can be found planning her next travel destination, at the theatre or in a coffee shop with a good book and a chai.
