Isabella Rosedietcher

As Business Development Assistant, Isabella is hitting the ground running by preparing, costing up, and writing proposals for our clients. Isabella is most excited by the cause-led and leisure clients, reflective of her love of the outdoors and her relocation to the English countryside from New York City.

From customer-facing roles to back-end finance, Isabella has done it all. Her varied skills are backed by a BA in English Literature and Writing and an MA Arts Management from Lancaster University. At LU, Isabella fell in love with the UK’s arts sector and conducted research about Gen X and Y’s engagement with museums and galleries in their area.

When not at work, you can find Isabella in the Lake District exploring local climbing spots, looking for independent cafes to enjoy, or in Manchester shopping for new shoes.
