Jenny Merry


Jenny has a great eye for detail and enjoys being involved in a research project from start to finish, to fully immerse herself in a client’s world and deliver actionable insight to transform their work.

She has designed complex research methodologies and used in-depth analysis to inform the audience development strategies of a wide range of clients, including Chester Zoo, National Trust, NSPCC and Shakespeare Birthplace Trust.  She has conducted detailed analyses of audience research to inform programming and exhibition content for a variety of venues, including SFMOMA, the National Army Museum and the Barbican.

After graduating from Cambridge with a degree in History, Jenny began her research career in local government by monitoring and evaluating the impact of childcare programmes in her local area.  This gave her the appetite for turning analysis into insight, which she strives to deliver for all her clients at MHM.
