Maddy Pringle

Maddy currently works between the Operations and Consultancy teams at MHM as Operations Executive and Research Assistant. As Operations Executive, Maddy supports the Operations team across all functions: supporting administrative elements of the HR function, managing large parts of the recruitment and induction process, and managing key elements of internal financial processes. Maddy is also currently responsible for baselining MHM’s carbon emissions to understand our carbon footprint and take measures to reduce our impact.

As Research Assistant, Maddy has contributed to projects with clients including Capital Theatres, Chicago Sinfonietta, English Heritage and the University of Wolverhampton. Maddy has a passion for history, and before joining MHM she completed an BA in History at the University of Manchester and has previously volunteered at the Imperial War Museum North. Within the UK/EU Culture Division, she is excited to build on her experience within the museums and galleries sector.
